You own, implement and develop the risk management strategy and framework across Swiss Timing’s organization and processes. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact service quality, reputation, and costs. You proactively analyse threats, key controls, and monitor compliance with relevant regulations and specifications to minimize risks of service disruption and ensure business continuity. You address and respond to risk issues as they arise, escalating high priority matters to the Risk & Compliance Board as appropriate. Additionally, you assist business owners and line managers in integrating risk-relevant activities into their business processes and drive training and awareness initiatives related to risk management.
Profile
You hold a Certificate in Technology/Computer Science or equivalent, along with a Qualification in Risk Management. You have proven experience in a similar position and demonstrate strong capabilities in managing reputation, technology, delivery, financial, and regulatory risks associated with international events. You have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the sports industry and sports technology.

Professional Requirements
1. Education in IT/Technology and Risk Management
2. Proven experience managing various risks (reputation, tech, financial) in international events
3. Knowledge of the sports industry and sports technology
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, results-driven approach
