Reporting to the global head of communications, this person will lead the global digital communication strategy across all social media channels, with a strategic focus on key markets (China, Korea, Japan), while ensuring smooth coordination with local teams. Define and orchestrate campaigns to maximize consumer engagement, online conversions, and brand impact through strategic activations and cross-department collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Digital Strategy and International Coordination
a. Develop and implement a digital roadmap to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion performance.
b. Oversee the digital communication strategies of key markets (China, Korea, Japan) to ensure alignment with the brand's global vision.
c. Actively collaborate with local teams to adapt campaigns to cultural specifics and market needs.
2. Campaign Phasing and Orchestration
d. Create detailed plans for various campaign phases, from conception to execution, in line with global and regional objectives.
e. Define content strategy needs and provide clear briefs for Creative Marketing teams and copywriters.
f. Coordinate the development of key communication messages with PR and Communication teams to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
3. Activations and Amplifications
g. Work closely with PR and Influence Marketing departments to initiate strategic activations and amplify digital campaigns.
h. Identify and leverage partnership or event opportunities to expand campaign reach.
i. Manage live activations during events, ensuring proactive coordination between Event, Sport Marketing, Partnership, PR, Website, and Creative Marketing departments.
4. Performance Reporting and Analysis
j. Track and analyze campaign performance through clear KPIs (engagement, conversions, ROI).
k. Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
l. Provide specific follow-up for each market to deliver relevant insights to global and local stakeholders.
5. Content Creation and Customer Engagement
m. Develop a content strategy aligned with consumer behaviors, both online and offline.
n. Oversee the production of authentic and engaging content for all social media channels.
6. Leadership and Team Management
o. Manage a central team of two members, along with a dedicated representative for each key market (China, Korea, Japan).
p. Train and support local teams to ensure campaign consistency and efficiency.
q. Foster proactive and smooth collaboration between global and local teams.
7. Strategic Monitoring and Innovation
r. Keep track of digital trends and innovations to identify disruptive opportunities.
s. Test and integrate new approaches or technologies to improve performance and maintain competitiveness.

* Expertise in digital strategy and social media, with mastery of campaign phasing and orchestration tools.
* Strong skills in cross-department collaboration, particularly with PR, Influence Marketing, and Creative Marketing teams.
* Ability to coordinate complex campaigns, including live activations and interactions with multiple departments.

Languages
* Fluent French.

Education and Experience
* Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury sector .
* Proven experience coordinating with multicultural markets and managing global campaigns.
