As the Project Quality & Document Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for ensuring that customer documentation is delivered on-time, complete and in accordance to required formats on customer platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying risks across ITO and OTR and ensuring that measures are put in place to prevent quality escapes. You will work with the continuous improvement and Quality team to share project defects and influence product improvements. This is a cross-functional role aimed at ensuring Aero NU proposals and Projects execution risk exposure are reduced and Project & Document defects are minimized.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Management
Conduct FMEA and risk assessments (quality, technical,…) through the ITR lifecycle.
Develop cross-functional mitigation plans based on project risks.
Monitor nonconformance trends for assigned projects.
Generate a forward-looking view on quality risks and headwinds to highlight potential cost and schedule impact exposure.
Collect, share and implement lessons learned across sales opportunities and project execution.
Support the analysis of customer feedback (customer surveys), investigate customer complaints, and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor ITO risk trends and mitigation plans for assigned projects.
Review and work with project quality issues reported through the system and work with issue owners to drive timely completion.
Work with PQM to develop a comprehensive project quality plan per the customer contract requirements and develop an execution plan.
Develop contingent worker needs as applicable to support Project quality and document management work for the project execution team.
Act as the quality focal point with partners and subcontractors during the commercial and execution phases, responsible for aligning partners and subcontractors Project Quality Plan (PQP) with product documentation deliverables.
Documentation Management
RFQ review and understanding of customer requirements (exception and acceptance process), as well as regulatory and local requirements concerning project documentation.
Develop project documentation delivery plan (what, when, where, how, who).
Manage Project Technical Documentation (on customer formats & platforms).
Consolidate and deliver contractual and non-contractual project documentation, ensuring completeness and on-time delivery.
Support ITO deal team to ensure that customer documentation requirements can be met, or take and substantiate deviations where applicable.
Work with the execution team to define document delivery requirements and partner with project managers to develop a document fulfillment plan.
Work with suppliers to ensure correct documents are delivered such as O&M manual, drawings, certifications, etc.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Experience with project quality deliveries and project documentation for equipment only and turnkey deals.
Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams.

ITO, Sales, Tendering or Project execution experience.
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $131,700.00 - $219,300.00 USD per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus.
