Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our helpdesk team. As the first point of contact for our employees and customers, you will provide technical support and guidance on IT topics. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service in multiple languages.
Mandatory Skills and Certification
* First-level support via phone and email for Windows 10, M365 products, and other tools.
* First-level support for external employee portals and customer portals.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction in multiple languages.
* Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, and checklists (knowledge database).
* Completed basic or further commercial training.
* Experienced in dealing with common IT systems and interested in constantly learning new technologies.
* Resilient and reliable personality with organizational talent, customer-oriented behavior, and good communication skills verbally and in writing.
