Senior Consultant - Head of the European Division in Amsterdam

Your Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all areas – ticketing, shop, cash handling, and group management – function harmoniously.
* Managing administrative tasks, such as creating manuals, documenting processes, and controlling operational standards.
* Taking a hands-on approach to frontline duties, including ticket sales, guiding tours, and maintaining cleanliness.
* Planning and managing staff schedules, leading a motivated team with clarity and enthusiasm.
* Overseeing and mentoring a core team while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Acting as the first point of contact for technical issues and liaising with external service providers.
* Developing and maintaining manuals, protocols, and technical documentation.
* Handling cash register management, invoicing, reminders, and order processing.
* Planning and executing events, workshops, and photo shoots while contributing to organizational projects.
Your Profile:
* A talented organizer with a calm demeanour, even in hectic situations.
* Fluent in English and German is a must.
* Experienced in leading teams, preferably in cultural, hospitality, or similar sectors.
* Passionate about structure, processes, and efficiency with an eye for the big picture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different audiences.
* Technically savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, and ticketing systems.
