* Master's degree in engineering science such as microtechnology, electrical engineering, or process engineering.
* Enjoy working with complex production systems and taking responsibility for processes.
* Sound understanding of systems, processes, and interrelationships in a microtechnology environment.
* Hands-on experience in coating, exposure, and development processes.
