Job Description:
As a Junior Sourcing Specialist in Corporate IT, you will be supporting our team and reporting directly to the Head of CIO Office. In this function, you will be mainly involved in IT procurement, compliance, and service management activities.
Your responsibilities
1. Supporting/leading IT procurement activities for platform services (IT infrastructure) in accordance with Franke Group demand
2. Point of contact for our B2B-shop for IT Hardware and additionally supporting the overall IT procurement activities
3. Contractual (commercial) analysis and contract negotiation
4. Coordination with legal and/or privacy department as well as specialized departments from IT or business
5. Initiating, planning, and/or preparing IT saving initiatives
6. Management of IT contract database (user onboarding/provisioning, training)
7. Management of corporate IT contracts lifecycle (renewals, cancellations, and other administrative duties)
8. Coordination and support of external software audit requests
9. Support of central IT demand processes such as application portfolio management (APM), website inventory, IT architecture, etc.
10. Keep information on the intranet up to date
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business information technology, information technology, business administration, or a related field
2. 2 years or less of experience in IT procurement, general procurement, or a related area, or willingness to acquire procurement knowledge
3. Strong interest in technology and understanding of IT products and services
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong data analysis and presentation skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks effectively
7. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
8. Good language skills in English and German (written and spoken)
