* Process technical inquiries in First-level Customer Support, providing innovative solutions for customers, service centers, and subsidiaries.
* Coordinate technical investigations with Pilatus engineering departments and assist with updates to existing and new technical documentation.
* Work within a 24/7 operation, encompassing early and late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Identify product enhancements and initiate potential modifications.
* Participate in group or individual projects and engage in customer-facing activities such as training and relationship-building.
About You
We're seeking an accomplished professional with a completed technical apprenticeship and several years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in 'Mechanical Systems and Structural Design' or 'Avionics and Electrical Systems.'
* EASA B1/B2 and/or FAA A&P licensed or equivalent level of training (military aviation maintenance qualified) is highly advantageous, particularly for the Pilatus PC-12 or PC-24.
* Proficiency in MS Office Tools, SAP, and Troubleshooting tools is essential.
* Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required; German language proficiency is an asset.
* A high level of responsibility, structured approach, and strong teamwork and customer orientation are necessary qualities.
