We are currently looking for an experienced and driven National Account Manager (NAM) for the Consumer Goods Industry. The candidate must have a wide knowledge of information technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience in complex global environments. You will be selling our entire portfolio of software-as-a-service and professional services products to one of our biggest accounts globally in the luxury industry.
Your impact:
1. As a leading part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be focusing on one account, closely collaborating with the Global Account Manager.
2. You will build, share with an extended team, and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
3. Manage entire complex sales-cycles nationally, identifying new business opportunities and pitching the value of our full suite of cloud services directly to C-level executives and operational decision makers.
4. Drive opportunities towards contract closing, win, and close deals.
5. Build new senior business relationships with new buyers in new business domains.
6. Engage Salesforce C-Level executives and foster meaningful connections on the company's top level.
7. Forecast sales revenue achievement and activities, while creating sustainable satisfied customers.
8. Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.
Required Skills:
1. Solid track of solution selling experience within a global account setting.
2. Ability to map out a global account plan, being the right-hand of the Global Account Manager.
3. Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform.
4. Effectively optimizes internal and external networks.
5. Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.
6. Excel in operational rigor and sales execution.
7. Exhibit characteristics of self-starting, risk-taking, and a drive to succeed.
8. Must be comfortable in both oral and written communication skills in English and French.
9. Ability to negotiate complex deals and terms and conditions.
