Responsibilities
We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking for new colleagues and leaders to join us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:
Lead the Global Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Incident Response (SIRT) in monitoring and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
Develop, update, and enforce incident response plans, playbooks, and protocols.
Oversee continuous security monitoring and log analysis to quickly detect and address threats.
Coordinate threat intelligence gathering and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional incident response efforts, ensuring clear communication during crises.
Direct digital forensic investigations and remediation actions following security incidents.
Regularly conduct drills, simulations, and post-incident reviews to enhance team readiness and response capabilities.
Collaborate with IT, IS and Product Engineering and Operation Teams, as well as managed service providers (MSSP).
Competencies Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
Following certificates are preferred: CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
English is a must; German and French are a plus.
Ability to capture the big picture and to collect meaningful details about the security posture of the company.
Ability to master security automation/orchestration.
Deep experience with SOC and SIRT Tools, and Threat Hunting & Intelligence Platforms.
Knowledge of major vendors/technological stacks (Sentinel, Qradar, Elastic, etc.).
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders.
Project Management.
Readiness for global travel.
