Administrative Assistant

Overview of contract:
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Duration: 8 months - with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
* Spend 1-2 days per week at our client's secure archive facility, ensuring the proper management and handling of archival materials.
* Provide cross-functional support across the organization on a variety of operational tasks and smaller projects.
* Collaborate with different teams to assist with ongoing initiatives and administrative needs.
* Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Cooperative and communicative
* Flexible and proactive
* Team-oriented mindset
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
