YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the development of the groupwide CO2 reduction and transition roadmap on the path to carbon neutrality
Generate the annual CO2 and environmental balance sheet, continuously expanding its data scope
Enhance carbon accounting methodologies across all emission scopes
Coordinate annual climate reporting to meet regulatory (CSRD) and voluntary commitments
Lead the annual CDP disclosures, from data collection to submission
Conduct scenario analysis and regularly assess climate-related risks and opportunities
Provide input for ESG/sustainability ratings, with a focus on climate-related aspects
Monitor CO2 target progress, ensuring KPIs are tracked, evaluated and reported accurately
Calculate product carbon footprints and perform lifecycle assessments
Stay informed on regulatory developments related to CO2 and sustainability issues
Participate in and contribute to specific sustainability-related project
YOUR PROFILE Degree in environmental science, sustainability, environmental management, or a quantitative field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in sustainability consulting
Proven expertise in creating carbon and environmental balance sheets
Experience in product carbon footprint calculations and lifecycle assessments
Deep understanding of climate risks, opportunities, and carbon accounting principles
Knowledge about sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., ESRS, GRI, CDP, TCFD, GHG Protocol)
High affinity for analytical tasks, with attention to detail and proficiency in handling large datasets
Strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional tasks effectively
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently
Fluency in English and German is essential
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
