Sales Representative
Longines, a member of the Swatch Group Ltd, is seeking a Sales Representative for its new Boutique in Zürich.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and serve all customers with a friendly attitude, offering a comprehensive and memorable experience.
* Develop familiarity with the product range to provide customers with detailed and accurate information.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the features of watches and other brand products.
* Offer reliable information to customers regarding sales and customer service inquiries.
* Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service across all channels.
Additional Duties:
* Control stock shrinkage and losses through careful handling and attentive actions.
* Adhere to administrative policies and procedures, particularly regarding cash handling.
* Maintain general awareness of product security and potential risks.
* FOLLOW COMPANY PROCEDURES FOR OPENING AND CLOSING THE STORE.
* Ensure proper handling of all deliveries.
Requirements:
* Vocational training in sales (CFC) with a few years of experience in luxury boutiques.
* Preferably from a watchmaking/jewelry background.
* Experience working with an international clientele.
* Possession of strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong planning and organizational abilities.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Fluency in German and English is essential.
* Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
