As the Marketing Manager for Switzerland, you will shape and execute localized marketing strategies that align with our global objectives. You have a central role in our marketing efforts, including events and tradeshows, partner marketing, as well as content & digital marketing. We share the passion for customer insight, brand building, creative growth mindset, and love for green tech solutions that can save the planet.
Even though we like to dream big, we also know the importance of relaxation with friends and family after a day at work. Your day-to-day may include the following:
Lead B2B marketing initiatives, such as a digital campaign, to build our brand or generate leads.
Plan and manage a trade show presence, collaborating with a local partner.
Create marketing materials and work on a project with the global marketing team.
Use the CRM tool to send out a newsletter and exchange with the sales team regarding a technical question.
Track SEO performance and update the local website with a content piece.
Support the sales team with a marketing request from a partner.
To thrive as a Marketing Manager, we believe you are passionate about taking initiative, being creative, and paying attention to detail. You should be motivated by working across multiple teams, including branding, communication, sales, and product teams.

As for the skills required for this job:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, such as marketing, communications, or business.
3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing - especially event management and content marketing.
Strong organizational skills with a knack for keeping projects on track.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. Familiarity with HubSpot is a big plus.
Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written. French and/or Italian are an advantage.
