Job Description
The right candidate will manage the following tasks:
Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
* Maintain a constructive relationship with employee representatives.
* Stay updated on changes in local legislation and implement necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices.
* Actively collaborate with the finance department on audit activities.
* Manage HR record-keeping systems according to legislation.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Manage and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the corporate Total Reward strategy as well as with local market standards and regulations.
* Conduct local salary reviews to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
* Develop and maintain benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees in Switzerland.
Employee Engagement:
* Lead local employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure that workplace culture aligns with local preferences and expectations.
* Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Local HR Policies:
* Craft and implement HR policies that are compliant with Swiss laws and customs.
* Ensure that all HR policies are communicated effectively and understood by all employees.
* Continuously review and update HR policies to reflect changes in local legislation and best practices.
Digitalization:
* Identify areas within HR where AI and digitalization can enable efficiency of work and increase customer satisfaction.
* Implement digital HR solutions where applicable to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in HR digitalization.

Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience/Work Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a multinational or market-based environment.
* Proven experience in driving and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Being involved/leading digitalization processes within HR
Skills/Knowledge/Languages
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations within the Swiss market.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.

* Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation projects and change management initiatives.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
