Job Description:
As a Jr Digital Account Manager, you will learn the ins and outs of our Omni-Channel solution, supporting large initiatives and gaining exposure to top brands and various stakeholders within the advertising ecosystem.
You will have the opportunity to work internally across different teams around the globe and externally with our clients, brands and agencies all while making a true impact on our business success.
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in kick-off calls and meetings, understanding clients' goals and KPIs in order to manage timelines and artifacts effectively.
2. Communicate project statuses and review client deliverables to ensure on track implementation of every launch based on approved Statements of Work.
3. Own the responsibility of coordinating with our Creative and AdOps teams in order to bring our clients' personalization vision to fruition.
4. Track campaign performance and troubleshoot whenever needed, conducting conversations with other teams.
All of these fundamentals will allow you the ability to grow into a DCO expert while continuing to build your knowledge and executional expertise to contribute to the successful growth of DCO at Innovid.
The Impact You'll Make:
1. Work alongside with the TPM to manage campaigns with creative or strategy needs, helping to build knowledge base and understanding of DCO projects from the ground up.
2. Support larger client projects in terms of timeline management, asset in-take and review, documentation, reporting, and finally, accountability for final trafficking.
3. Be an active participant in client meetings to allow for full understanding of client goals and KPIs.
4. Assist TPM account leads in documenting technical details of the Statement of Work and routing through Legal to client approval.
5. Document and recap status meetings to ensure alignment on project requirements across all stakeholders.
6. Keep track of timelines for campaigns and do follow ups at milestones for necessary deliverables.
7. Build, manage, and maintain creative feeds according to client's copy matrix and dynamic creative elements.
8. Own oversight of specific project tasks and deliverables that are assigned and tracked to internal teams, such as Creative, AdOps, Tech Services and Product.
9. Troubleshoot ad hoc issues and perform QA to ensure successful campaign launch.
10. Maintain and update all internal account documentation and Confluence pages.
11. Manage task tracking for each account you have assigned.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in Ad Tech or Digital Advertising environment, with a preferred background in Ad Operations, Trafficking, Campaign Management or similar.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with excellent time management skills.
* Experience working in productivity tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Trello or similar.
* Ability to translate requirements from client conversations to action items for internal execution.
* Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to pivot data sets and perform advanced functions such as V-lookups.
* High competency in all Microsoft Office and Google programs.
* Excellent English Skills (Advanced or Native).
* Proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating challenges.
