Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in managerial roles in structured fashion & luxury/retail companies (international companies preferred).
* Ability to evolve within the organization.
* Proven excellent client service & sales skills.
* Expertise in clienteling.
* Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
* Digital awareness and proficiency in MS Office, payment systems and warehouse management tools.
