Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement local quality procedures, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and industry standards.
* This role involves conducting internal and external audits, preparing comprehensive data packages for customers, and managing delivery events.
* You will handle QA-related issues with subcontractors and suppliers, investigate non-conformances through Root Cause Analysis, and perform source inspections at sub-contractor facilities.
* Additionally, you will conduct acceptance inspections on incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management is required, preferably in Electronics, Mechanics, or System Engineering.
* Knowledge of Swiss Federal Acts and hands-on experience in source inspections of complex systems are highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly in leading system delivery events, are essential.
* Experience working with the Swiss Army is also considered an asset.
