Position Overview
The Policy, Processes & Knowledge Coordinator is responsible for executing and improving the knowledge management strategy, promoting best practices, operational processes, and compliance through structured change and content management. They will animate the security community by leveraging knowledge management with a strong focus on continuous improvement of the Security function.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Policy & Knowledge Management
Coordinate the lifecycle of the Group Security Policy, standards, and other security rules and documentation including the process for their formal adoption, interpretation, amendments, and updates.
Ensure that the governance, tools, and processes surrounding the documentation of security policies, rules, standards, knowledge & content database are maintained and up to date.
Ensure that a common language for the security-related documentation is implemented in order to allow for easier alignment and standardization.
Ensure alignment between Operating Processes and the relevant risk and compliance documentation.
Animate the security community through forums and events and by leveraging the consolidated knowledge.
Knowledge Management Digital Solution (today known as Security Portal (SPL))
Coordinate and execute the release cycle for new content in the SPL, in both English and French.
Ensure the correct functional features are available in the system.
Ensure the functional end-user support.
Liaise with the service provider and raise any issues or bugs.
Liaise with Group Security Technology on technical bugs or Richemont infrastructure issues.
Lead and contribute to improvement and evolution projects.
Onboard users and assessors as required.
Business Process Management
Work with other functions to embed the Security risk and compliance in the relevant processes.
Work with process owners and subject matter experts to create new, evaluate existing, and translate business processes into accurate, standardized, consistent, and concise documentation.
Collect business needs from all Security stakeholders, quantify, and support the development of business cases.
Coordinate the data initiatives for Group PS HS and how it relates to the Secboard.
Ensure that the correct priorities are set for the function and communicate this to the Group Security Data Analytics team.
When required, coordinate and support other data-related projects.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills with peers through the business.
Exceptional analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and an advocate of security.
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated high level of customer/business service and response and ability to adapt to various competing demands.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good team building skills and ability to cooperate with other teams.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
