Provide marketing management support across LOIM’s FR-speaking territories (mainly Swiss Romande & France) : institutional and wholesale activities across multiple platforms and formats. This encompasses the organisation of events, e.g. roadshows and exhibitions, as well as email marketing, webinars, campaign webpages, videos and other marketing collateral as required to support our marketing plan. Partner closely with sales leads, product marketing, digital marketing, and other corporate functions to lead and execute marketing activities to support our marketing plan.
YOUR ROLE
* Manage the creation and delivery of below the line campaigns and the events programmed in FR-speaking territories for internal and external use across all platforms and formats in line with strategic priorities.
* Support LOIM Head of Operational Marketing in working with the regional sales leads across our key markets to understand the local market and clients in order to provide strategic direction and proactive marketing support for both the institutional and wholesale channel.
* Work within the broader Marketing & Communications team to ensure that all activities from Digital through to PR are in line with our business strategy and goals.
* Ensure the management and timely implementation of campaign projects below the line, effectively liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure consistency of style and messages across all communications.
* Manage and improve the French translation glossary and process for our investment communications.
* Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content.
* Proofread and edit French content edited by other contributors (fund managers, investment strategists).
* Based in Geneva, but travel to the Paris office as required to enhance local knowledge and build relationships with key sales heads.
* Report to Head of LOIM Operational Marketing with regards to the progress of the business and specific issues
YOUR PROFILE
* University degree and at least 5 years working in an Investment Management environment
* Native French speaker, and Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
* German language skills would also be beneficial.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and being able to understand client needs
* Excellent time and project management skills and ability to multi-task
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Open individual, with sound judgment, able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Hands on approach, results focused, with the energy and commitment to drive delivery
