AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM The Culinary Department is responsible for creating WOW experiences through managing all aspects of the food production for the hotel.
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef de cuisine & the Executive Chef in:
Planning the entire operational kitchen of the different outlets of the hotel: Living Room, Eat-Holà Tapas, Bô! and In Room Dining.
Managing the control of the application of W standards.
Ensuring the operation works in accordance with profits and the best quality of fresh products.
Training all the talents to reach the excellence of our product.
Being compliant with all HACCP requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a 5* hotel.
Confirmed leadership skills.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
