Develop the Supply Chain Team and members, ensuring development plans are agreed and actionable. Create and maintain supply related critical metrics and use as basis for supply planning improvement Perform all duties to ensure the monthly Supply Planning processes are completed to support the integrated planning processes based on shareholder forecast. Ensure input from all relevant collaborators are incorporated into supply plan. Liaise with all relevant collaborators and functions to ensure supply plan represents consensus view of future supply plans and actions Responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of the Supply Plan including the creation of the Master Production Schedule and medium term capacity loading outlooks. Ensure and implement control in handling raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent losses and/or scrap with adequate and sufficient storage capacity at all times Ensure GMP compliance in all steps in handling and storage of materials, both incoming and outgoing. Key requirements: Master Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, CPIM APICS preferred strong background within Biotech / CDMO / Pharma industry Fluent in both German and English (mandatory) Ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support supply planning and site manufacturing strategy recommendations Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner Proficient in analysis with the ability to define measurements and pinpoint problems through root cause analysis Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as SAP Ability to utilise Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports Very experienced in leading a team and driving their performance and development Relocation assistance available for candidates applying inside
