An exciting opportunity exists for a world-class General Manager to drive the onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations for our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead the entire onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations, including revenue/service outlets and guest-facing operations. Deliver on the brand standards and procedures. Hands-on leader who will inspire, guide, and mentor the onboard team. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager. Extensive experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality. Finance and Administration experience. Previous experience in Start-Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage. Previous experience onboard international cruise ships. Proficient in English; any additional languages, particularly European languages, are considered an advantage. VISA REQUIREMENTSPossess a valid passport and seaman book.
