We are looking for a Team Leader Sales Belgium to join Sulzer Ensival-Moret Belgium.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets by building on existing relationships and actively developing new customers
Operational leader of the Belgian sales team
Willingness to travel, i.e., visiting customers or relations
Willingness to follow relevant training courses
Achieving the objective in the field of order intake
Providing correct technical advice and making correct product selections for applications within the area of responsibility
Creation of quotations/proposals for customers
Organizing and executing an effective lead assessment and approach in consultation with colleagues where necessary
Ensuring recognizability as a team leader
Ensuring a correct translation of customer requirements internally
Achieving a timely and effective follow-up of the pipeline and quotations
Initiating and participating in effective customer and order team meetings
Keeping the relevant customer and project information in the CRM package up to date
Good cooperation with colleagues in line with the applicable agreements, standards, and values of Sulzer, in such a way that the customer and Sulzer are served correctly.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field
Sales or service work experience 3-5 years in the field of rotating machinery
Real affinity for technical and industrial environments
Convincing experience as a team leader
Commercial mindset and a sense of service
Knowledge of Dutch, French and English essential
