Job Description
Finance Responsibilities
* Process invoices, expense claims, and bank reconciliations
* Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and audits
* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations
* Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closings
Operations Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
* Assist with procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on operational matters
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
The Successful Applicant
* Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
* Experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
