Your duties
* Autonomous handling of a defined population
* Contact person for employees and managers regarding HR topics
* Personnel administration from on boarding to off boarding
* Management of a high volume of recruitment
* Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
* Contact to external organisations (insurance companies, authorities, offices)
What you bring
* Federal HR-Specialist diploma
* Excellent knowledge of English and German or French (spoken and written is mandatory)
* 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
* Experience in HR-KPI and Reporting
* Payroll-Knowledge is a plus
* Organized, independent way of working with a high level of commitment
