Client Success Manager - Technical Account

About the Role:
We seek an experienced Technical Account Manager or Client Success Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates are driven, service-oriented, have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and can nurture client relationships.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of clients and apply your technical account management and analytics skills to guide clients and maximize value from their fraud blocking solution. You will be a trusted advisor and face of the company for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage client success to deliver consistent value across the lifecycle, driving adoption and growth.
2. Manage onboarding, translating customer outcomes into implementation plans for timely value delivery.
3. Be a product expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers on maximizing value from solutions.
4. Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer fraud activity, presenting findings and insights.
5. Resolve customer issues, collaborating with other teams; approach situations with curiosity and creativity.
6. Build strong customer relationships through engagement and communication, conducting routine performance planning and business reviews.
7. Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
Required Experience:
1. 3+ years in a client-facing role as a technical account manager or customer success manager.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and willingness to troubleshoot.
3. Superior verbal, written communication, presentation skills, and ability to present data stories.
4. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
5. Knowledge of Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click advertising platforms is an advantage.
6. Experience with marketing performance metrics is beneficial.
7. Technically adaptive, able to learn new solutions and communicate value to customers.
8. Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
9. Proven track record of exceeding objectives, self-motivated, and results-driven.
