Sous Chef - Verbier
We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional chef looking to take on a Sous Chef role at 67 Pall Mall Verbier.
This position is based in a private member club, casual fine-dining restaurant located in the Swiss Alps, providing the perfect opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their culinary skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to exacting standards.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of seasonal and local produce, incorporating new and exciting ingredients into menus.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fine-dining establishment or busy quality restaurant.
* Possess a passion for culinary innovation, always seeking new flavour combinations and techniques.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic, remaining motivated and productive in high-pressure environments.
Salary:
CHF 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
