Commercial and Marketing Activities Manager - European and African Markets

About the Role
This is a key position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets (excluding Affiliates).
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of profitability as well as the luxury positioning of Bulgari Perfumes in these markets.

Main Accountabilities
Closely collaborate with local partners to drive strategic and commercial business development of Bulgari Parfums, including sales and marketing, assortment management, forecasts, A&P budgets.
Monitor market activities, assess distribution compliance with Bulgari guidelines, and enhance performance by reporting sales analysis, marketing plans review, and sharing best practices.
Lead direct negotiations at retail level for strategic projects and actively support distributors for key projects and new business opportunities.
Manage client relationships and area P&L to improve Operating Profit and Contribution Margin.
Establish yearly and long-term business plans for territories of competency, leveraging local specificities and dynamics while aligning with company strategy and DNA.

Key Requirements
At least 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or luxury industry.
Confirmed negotiation skills and proven track record in sales and business strategic planning and execution.
Good knowledge of P&L management and profit optimization, excellent IT reporting tool utilization, and fluency in French and English.
Flexible and mobile for ±40% business travel in Europe and Africa, able to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust in a multi-cultural environment.
Proactive, energetic person with a positive mindset, pragmatic with a solution-driven attitude, and solid team player with strong strategic and analytical skills.
