As a Senior Financial Controller, you will oversee financial control, consolidated reporting, and business support for the EMEA Region.
Responsibilities
* Master financial reporting tools to design templates for budgeting, forecasting, and presentation. Determine data granularity, balancing materiality with detail needs.
* Provide guidance, support, and challenge Finance and Commercial leaders of EMEA Business Units in planning, forecasting, ROI, and budget delivery.
* Consolidate large input into digestible reports, creating and sharing narratives from financial data.
* Monitor budget and forecast according to HQ guidelines, preparing budget/forecast packages and presentations.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
* Create and share monthly finance and business review presentation decks.
* Be a strong business partner with cluster departments and develop close relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate ROI.
* Act as a trusted business partner for EMEA senior management, leading the extended finance organization.
* Implement solutions on matters of reporting, commercial finance management, sales forecasting, and other processes.
* Tackle Regional BU projects on GTN optimization, A&P controlling, value chains, new RTM, and ad-hoc projects.
* Analyze commercial performance, drive advertising and promotions investments, build new routes to market cost, and determine key value drivers (allocations, pricing, gross margin analysis).
* Anticipate and identify ROI gaps, proposing corrective actions to ensure group growth and profitability.
Business Partnership / Leadership
* In coordination with Cluster Controllers, analyze commercial performance, drive investments, and influence key values drivers.
* Ensure full compliance with group standards and local regulations, contributing to internal control practices.
* Follow up and contribute to implementing internal audit action plans.
Qualifications
* You have around 8-10 years of experience in commercial finance business partnering and a Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
* Strong interpersonal skills, working across levels and functions in a multicultural environment.
* Commercial acumen with attention to detail, analytical, and synthetic skills.
* Strong financial modeling skills using BI and spreadsheet tools.
* Good communicator, presenting complex concepts in a digestible manner.
* Fluency in English.
