Technical Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Spreitenbach, Switzerland. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer and partner engagement, centered on our state-of-the-art motion control, servo drives, and automation products.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with distributors to visit key customers, build strong relationships, and deliver technical guidance on product applications.
* Provide expert technical support on motion control, servo drives, and automation systems, tackling troubleshooting and guiding seamless product integration.
* Dive into technical discussions with customers, uncover their needs, and craft tailored solutions.
* Arm distributors with training, technical know-how, and tools to succeed in their markets.
* Collect market insights and share them with internal teams to sharpen strategies and product offerings.
* Travel across EMEA to discuss project risks and technical details with partners and customers.
* Foster lasting relationships while coordinating with internal teams to deliver for distributors and customers.
Requirements
* An engineer with a background in sales or partner/channel management in industrial automation, motion control, or servo drives.
* A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering and practical experience in technical applications.
* Comfortable with 40%+ travel and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
* A sharp problem-solver who excels in technical and commercial conversations.
* Fluency in English; German and French are also valuable assets.
