Position Summary As a Corporate Agriculture Dairy Feed Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating, driving, and leading the decarbonization and regenerative agriculture of dairy through feed production and indirect sourcing through the dairy climate game changers for Nestlé on a global scale. A Day in the Life of a Corporate Dairy Feed Lead Develop and roll out the Dairy Climate Game Changer 'Feed stream' globally Review assumptions and plan for feed and confirm targets Ensure deforested free feed supply for soy and palm kernel through various channels Optimize feed ration by coordinating development of local specialists and tracking skills across all dairy supply chains in collaboration with Nestlé Product Technology Centres (NPTC)Implement precision feeding solutions for different feeding systems Support the roll out of regenerative agriculture feed and soil health framework Work with suppliers to reduce methane emissions through innovative feed additives in collaboration with Research & Development (R&D)Aggregate and report the consolidated impact in climate and regenerative agriculture KPIs Build business relationships, represent and advocate Nestlé aligned position on feed and regenerative agriculture Support people development in local Nestlé Agricultural teams with technical and leadership competencies What will make you successful University degree or equivalent in agriculture, rural development, and farm economics Robust experience in developing and implementing agriculture projects at scale, while any experience in dairy would be a strong plus Financial literacy and process orientation Solid knowledge of sustainable, climate, and regenerative agriculture practices Strong business and sourcing strategy skills & raw material direct sourcing operations Knowledgeable in quality management systems and contaminants of agricultural origin People management and leadership skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a complex multi-cultural environment Fluent in English, Spanish (nice to have), and other languages are a plus Nestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
