Family Office – CEO Assistant Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Maintain corporate records for audit purposes (physical + cloud)
* Maintain private records for personal and tax purposes (physical + cloud)
* Book transactions in portfolio management system (incl. post execution controlling)
* Monitor maturities, ensuring timely rollovers
* Prepare reports for client and management
* Calendar management
* Payment management
* Other administrative tasks
Required Skills:
* Experience with all or some of the duties described above
* Proficient user of Excel
* Proficient user of other Microsoft Office apps
* Experience with portfolio management system or systems like Abacus, Avaloq or similar as an advantage
* Languages: English mandatory, Russian as an advantage
Job Type: 100%
Pay: CHF60’000.00 - CHF90’000.00 per year
