Description
The National Education Manager at HydroPeptide will play a pivotal role in the onboarding and continuing training, education, and development for our sales teams and customers. This role will heighten sales performance, community engagement, and brand loyalty among HydroPeptide team members, accounts, and consumers. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, active leader who will work to optimize and successfully execute the tactical aspects of our new hire training program, in-account education, train-the-trainer programs, and consumer-facing education initiatives.
Key Details
Location: Remote
Hours/Contract: Full Time, typical PST business hours, will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends
Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and screen time; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Travel requirements: Up to 75% - travel ebbs and flows and increases around times of important events such as sales meetings, launches and train the trainer events
Compensation: $110,000 annual plus annual bonus potential
Your Responsibilities As The National Education Manager
Training Delivery and Evaluation
* Conduct training courses- both virtually and in person to include demonstrations, product knowledge, group discussions, and role-playing activities. Manage the learning environment, including pre- and post-course communication.
* Train any 1099 personnel who are conducting trainings on behalf of HydroPeptide.
* Analyze sales figures, data, and other metrics before and after trainings to measure success. Use surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
* Propose solutions and strategies for content and delivery improvement.
Sales Account Representative Support
* Be the point person and lead the onboarding process for new account executives that includes scheduling all presenters/trainers, leading initial home study, and live in-person new hire training.
* Provide ongoing support, resources, and training schedules to ensure their success.
* Track performance metrics to identify those needing additional coaching and share with manager opportunities for growth.
Customer Facing Education & Training
* Train customers, both virtually and in-person, as needed, with the intention of driving additional business.
* Support onboarding of corporate accounts.
* Collaborate and support hosting our annual train-the-trainer content and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills/Experience You Bring To The Table
* 2-5 years of experience in training and education within the professional skincare market.
* A valid esthetician license.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Experience conducting both hands-on training and group presentations.
* Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
* Comfortable working independently, as well as within small and large teams; adaptable to new challenges and opportunities.
* Passion for supporting skincare professionals and the HydroPeptide team in growing their businesses.
* A highly collaborative mindset with an understanding of the importance of cross-functional connectivity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for creating and delivering training materials.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
What Could Set You Apart
* Previous experience training for a medical aesthetic skincare brand, particularly those sold in med-spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery offices.
* Expertise in educating on highly clinical skincare brands.
* A proven track record of driving measurable success and growth through training initiatives.
* Experience training and educating a sales force to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
