Job Title: Global Insights Manager
Description:
This role works closely with Marketing to develop consumer insights and identify opportunities for business growth domestically and internationally. The incumbent will analyze syndicated data, primary research, and market trends to drive actionable growth opportunities via brand growth, innovation, renovation, expansion, new business development, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to Sazerac's fiscal year growth by establishing themselves as a business partner, translating insights and analytics into top and bottom-line business impact.
* Align individual priorities, time, and resource allocation by brand, country, and state, while supporting the marketing team with market analysis, insight generation, and opportunity identification for BCSPs.
* Lead the sourcing, interpretation, and application of marketplace and consumer learning and trends to influence category and brand strategies, brand standards, new business development, sales decks, selling solutions, and marketing communication.
* Develop tools, systems, and processes to create a Sazerac way of working for Business Intelligence and insight creation.
* Integrate insights, consumer and market trends, competitive data, and custom research to facilitate new business development with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years relevant experience (minimum)
* Bachelor Degree in Business or commensurate experience
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Strong analytical and technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA
* Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
* Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
