Talent Management:

Requirements:
* Proven track record of 3-8 years in business development, preferably in IT or consulting.
* Strong knowledge of the Swiss market ('Suisse romande')
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take initiative, and work independently.
* Commercial acumen in French and English, excellent negotiation skills, and results-driven approach.
