Senior Brand Manager
The Senior Brand Manager is a pivotal global role within the Johnson Controls brand function. The Manager drives all brand strategy, governance, and program deliverables for digital solutions and service offerings across Johnson Controls, focusing on brand architecture, performance improvement, competitive benchmarking, and breakthrough strategies, as well as global alignment and rollout planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the brand strategy and delivery of JCI's digital technology and service brands.
* Lead digital naming processes and stakeholder sign-off.
* Oversee the global rollout of brand strategy updates, transformations, and integrations.
* Promote engagement among stakeholders to ideate new impactful brand strategy opportunities and drive evolution in line with customer insights, market trends, and competitive pressures.
* Analyze competitive benchmarks and deliver recommendations that break through in this industry.
* Lead governance in the global activation of digital technologies and services brand strategy, tracking progress and closing gaps.
* Develop thought leadership and positioning programs to build equity and strength in the digital technology and services brands.
* Drive initiatives to empower unified expressions and global alignment and engagement in digital solutions and service brands, both internally and externally.
* Strategize and deliver brand integration approaches for new acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as for events and showcases.
Requirements:
* Experience in marketing digital technology and solutions.
* Specific experience in Brand Strategy development for technologies or services.
* A demonstrated track record in leading with collaboration and teamwork.
* A strong sense of curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit in actively seeking opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and spoken English language skills are essential.
* Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
* A willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment and possess a strong sense of urgency.
* Flexibility to work from the office three days a week.

* B2B brand marketing expertise.
* Industry-relevant experience including digital technologies.
* Brand strategy and execution capabilities.
* A strong understanding of visual identity building blocks.
* Engaging communication and management skills.
* The ability to manage internal communities and drive engagement is a plus.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
