Dickies EMEA is looking for an exceptional Manager, Marketplace Marketing to join our Dickies team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

How You Will Make a Difference
1. Create and develop long-term and seasonal strategies with the Director Marketing EMEA that are aligned with our global and regional brand strategy to support profitable and sustainable growth within the Retail, Key Account and WHS channels
2. Work with sales director & Sr. Manager SKA and product teams to fulfil al channel needs, ensuring consistency with EMEA go-to-market strategies
3. Manage and execute marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools and initiatives to fuel demand, raise brand awareness / engagement, drive traffic and increase conversion.
4. Collaborate with Sales Strategic Account Director / Marketing/ Creative / Product to deliver account marketing solutions that are fully integrated into the overall marketing mix and supportive of brand / business goals.
5. Track marketing activities / results and leverage insights to continuously improve the marketing solutions and drive revenue growth.
6. Manage Channel Marketing Specialist
7. Manage the Channel marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans. Track and monitor budget strengthen brand health metrics, improve MROI results, increase sell through
8. Creation of account specific seasonal campaigns together with marketing team / external agencies / brand & Creative teams from conception to execution
9. Ensure seamless workflow between Brand marketing / Creative teams, merchandising team, digital accounts & sales teams, external agencies, production companies.
Skills for Success
10. Academic: University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics.
11. Experience: 5-6 years of brand marketing and trade marketing / strategic account management for a brand.
12. Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
13. 360-degree marketing vision with an understanding of account/product/consumer nuances across distribution segments as well as relevancy of different touchpoints.
14. Deep understanding of the Dickies brand with a passion for the lifestyle fashion industry.
15. Analytical Skills: Thinking critically, logically and constructively about significant problems. Examining questions from a broad standpoint.
16. Strong communication skills: be able to articulate clear business direction and strategies to liaise between different departments, participate in commercial discussions and facilitate the unlock of business opportunities through marketing.
17. Capacity to build key work relationships and facilitate change by encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches.
18. Strong business acumen to identify business needs and marketing trends
