Product Operations Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Operations Manager to support Shopping merchants and partners who integrate/use a variety of Shopping Platform features.
About the Role
This position will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for XFN stakeholders to enable ongoing launches through launch management and content, merchant support, and data analysis while informing strategy for support and merchant insights.
* Attend XFN meetings to understand needs related to upcoming launches, support issues, and data needs.
* Enable launches and expansions by coordinating across multiple workstreams and product teams to create Connect Launch announcements, update or create new Help Center content, update comms docs, and surface gaps.
* Provide proactive monitoring and reactive data analysis as needed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in any field.
* Either at least 3 years of experience in online shopping or 4 years working in a corporate environment with experience as a program manager.
* Business fluency in English; other language skills are beneficial.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong email communication skills.
