We are seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant to join our prestigious team in Interlaken. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury retail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to engage with a discerning international clientele. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance and personalized support to clients in English and Chinese, expanding and maintaining strong client relationships through active networking, and assisting with visual merchandising to ensure a premium shopping experience.
Fluency in Chinese and English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in luxury sales
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, with a refined approach to serving high-end international clients.
* A natural ability to connect with customers, demonstrate enthusiasm, and provide a tailored shopping experience.
* Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) with excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
* Preferably based in the Interlaken area, with an established network in the luxury sector.
Schedule and hours:
- 42.5 hours/week. Stores are open 7 days a week. Weekend work may be required. An additional CHF 80 per day is provided for Sunday shifts.
