In this exciting role you will develop and implement commercial in dermatology and rheumatology within Switzerland based on the brand plans to achieve committed business goals. You will ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and compliance principles to preserve trust and reputation towards Health Care Professionals and patients using the product(s). You will report to the Senior Product Manager for Dermatology.
Job Purpose: Drives growth of assigned products in the Swiss market by implementing commercial projects and services aligned with the CVT’s brand strategy, in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Leads regional workshops, webinars, and educational events, ensuring consistent execution across Switzerland. Enhances congress presence and coordinates third-party events. Upholds compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to maintain trust with HCPs and patients.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to strengthen Janssen’s competitive position in Switzerland and tailor projects to customer needs.
* Lead local commercial initiatives such as workshops, webinars, educational and promotional meetings in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent commercial plans.
* Foster a customer-focused demeanor and integrated strategies.
* Achieve customer engagement and event targets across all sales regions, measuring outcomes through CRM system KPIs.
* Contribute to the CVT (Country Value Team) by providing local market insights.
* Coordinate third-party events, congresses, and sponsorships and developing relevant communication materials for events.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Proven record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or event management.
* Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry.
* Digital and omnichannel experience (considered an advantage).
* Proficiency in English and German (French is a plus).
* Powerful in building internal and external partnerships.
