Job Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Care Representative who will support our team.
You will work in our excellently located Customer Care Center in Dübendorf and become part of our small and friendly team (over 70 employees).
Whether you come from the banking or customer service field, we’ll take care of your onboarding and training to ensure you can provide the best service to our customers.
Your daily tasks include:
- Supporting customers through various communication channels to ensure their satisfaction with our digital platforms.
- Providing information about our various products and services.
- Collaborating with colleagues in Business Operations, IT, Sales, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Trading, etc., to find the best solutions to support our customers.
Qualifications
- In addition to being a native German speaker, you should have excellent knowledge of English and/or French.
- You have successfully completed a commercial education (EFZ, Bachelor).
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers.
- You already have experience in the financial sector or are motivated to further develop your financial knowledge.
- You have a dynamic, customer-oriented attitude and enjoy customer contact.
- You have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
