Our client, an international compagny, is looking for a
Supply Chain Analyst
"Temporary Role 11 months"
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
1. Process inbounds from manufacturing, suppliers and internal transfers for the Central and local European warehouses
2. Ensure inbound accuracy between the physical reception, the paperwork and the ERP
3. Manage inventory adjustments and resolve issues and queries to ensure inbound accuracy
4. Provide weekly short-dated reports, and identify expired items using Oracle extractions
5. Isolate damaged and lost items and invoice 3PL depending on feasibility
6. Ensure product availability at the European warehouses and perform weekly replenishments
7. Support the global supply planning activities from a regional basis
8. Participate in ERP and processes improvements
9. Collaborate with Customer Service to provide optimal service level
10. Participate / organize regular reviews on operations, quality and improvements
11. Participate in defining and implementing KPI's
Profile
12. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
13. 3 years’ experience with supply chain in international environment or equivalent preferred
14. Excellent PC skills including MS Excel; experience in creating reports
15. Strong analytical skills
16. Excellent organizational skills
17. Very good written communication skills
18. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and detail orientation
19. Fluent English, other European language (French, Italian, German) is an asset.
20. Mastering Oracle ERP would be an advantage
