Lead and contribute to chemistry research projects, applying state-of-art target-based discovery approaches to identify and optimize novel bioactive ingredients interacting with relevant biological targets for crop protection. Advance project delivery through scientific investigations, applying expertise in molecular design, physical organic chemistry, and synthetic problem-solving. Analyze and deconvolute complex structure-activity-relationships (SAR) by integrating experimental and predicted data to meet key project deliverables. What we are looking for: Deep expertise in organic chemistry, chemical biology or medicinal chemistry through doctoral training; postdoctoral and/or industrial experience is valued, yet not essential.
