THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Voyage Calculation Manager, you will be exposed to the core of our business from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for the calculation and consolidation of the financial results for specific trades, participate in transversal analysis, and take part in coordination and reconciliation projects. This 360-degree position will allow you to quickly evolve in the other Finance branches.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Voyage Calculation Analyst, you will:
1. Analyze and increase the reliability of financial information to make trade results as transparent as possible.
2. Review and update different parameters to process voyage calculations of each vessel on a trade line through the MSC Voyage Calculation Software.
3. Control and ensure appropriate revenues and respective cost allocation to calculate the financial results of a defined voyage.
4. Prepare a report by service twice a month for the Senior Management and liner department.
5. Ensure these trade results are accurate and understandable to optimize Management's decision-making.
6. Analyze variances using analytical reporting tools.
7. Participate in transversal analysis under the supervision of the Deputy CFO.
8. As part of a team, coordinate and reconcile results and data.
9. Participate in improving our tools in collaboration with the IT department (BI and application).
YOUR BACKGROUND
1. Qualifications in Finance or Business Management.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Finance or commercial background.
4. Advanced Excel level / Power BI.
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Commitment to a high level of work accuracy and precision.
7. Capacity to drive change.
8. Ability to work in a team environment.
9. An open-minded and flexible approach.
10. Perfect command of both written and spoken English and French.

1. Based in Geneva.
2. Full Time.

5. EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit (B-C) is required.
