As the Sales Manager - Aviation, you will play a critical role in driving business development, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing clients while expanding the company's presence in strategic markets.
Your responsibilities:
* Business Development: Drive client portfolio growth in target regions (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, South America); secure new opportunities with aviation operators, private owners, and government entities; deliver tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
* Client Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction; act as a strategic advisor supporting day-to-day operations; secure contract renewals.
* Sales Management and Reporting: Lead the sales team to achieve targets; track performance and adjust strategies; provide regular updates on commercial activities and opportunities.
* Market Insights: Monitor aviation insurance trends to anticipate client needs; represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and explore new markets.
Your profile:
* 8-10 years of experience in insurance, aviation, or a similar commercial role.
* Strong knowledge of the aviation industry (fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, maintenance centers, etc.).
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex projects.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
* Availability to travel abroad.
