The Global Employer Services (GES) team, as part of the Deloitte Tax & Legal department, provides multi-nationalpanies with targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programmes in an efficient manner with respect to tax and social securitypliance and supports clients with the end-to-end management of global mobility activities for internationally mobile employees. The team also ensures that clients are able to manage these activities in market leading technology.
As a Business Analyst on the Payroll and Workforce Management team, you will support our clients with technology configuration activities. If you enjoy critical thinking and problem-solving within a global team structure then this is the role for you. How you can make an impact
As a Business Analyst at Deloitte, you will be part of a technology team. The focus of the role will be to provide innovative solutions and solve problems that our multi-national clients in Global Mobility face.
1. Be confident in developing strong working relationships with clients through participating in workshops whilst documenting business requirements, but also with internal teams
2. Work with the wider implementation team to translate these requirements into software and process solutions for implementation
3. Help manage implementation work items; either through managing your own deliverables or those of our offshore support team
4. Develop into being able to identify areas of scope creep and manage risk effectively with your wider technology team
5. Be a part of an implementation configuration and testing team, but also develop into being able to support clients with solutions to tier-one issues and questions
Who we are looking for
6. Proactive self-starter who excels with problem solving, attention to detail and an analytical mind-set
7. fortable with technology applications and intermediate Excel knowledge required with knowledge in Macro VBA/SQL being an advantage
8. Confidence in internal and external stakeholder management with basic project management skills
9. Mobility experience and understanding of the expatriate lifecycle an advantage
