Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow our market share and make a significant impact on our company's growth story.
The ideal candidate will have significant direct sales experience selling to large corporations, a proven track record of winning new accounts, and existing senior relationships in the German-speaking Swiss market that can be built upon and extended.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services
2. Commercially manage tenders, retenders, price negotiations across nominated accounts
3. Sell solutions to address named corporate customers' information management needs
4. Accountable for new business revenue growth in defined ranges of new and existing customers
5. Earn assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
6. Drive growth strategies for nominated lists of target customers and prospects
7. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans, contributing to business strategy development and implementation
Requirements
1. Proven experience in new business hunting
2. Ability to quickly learn new products and sales processes
3. Fluent language skills in German and English
4. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
5. Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
6. Ability to influence and negotiate
7. Ability to make decisions and think broadly, considering the impact on the entire company
