The Position
Position Summary:
This role is designed to drive ongoing development and performance in the P&OG Consulting Area of Practice, specifically in Team Effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Organization Development, especially in Team Effectiveness.
The Role's Key Responsibilities:
* Establish best practices in Team Effectiveness and ensure their availability and leverage across Consulting, People & Culture, and the business. Develop an ongoing capability building strategy for Team Effectiveness within the Practice and with partners across People & Culture.
* Provide coaching and guidance to Consultants in Team Effectiveness and act as a Subject Matter Expert on strategically important projects or initiatives.
* Maintain the Team Effectiveness Community and partner closely with Capability & Practice Lead and fellow Content Leads to ensure an integrated approach.
* Develop and implement solutions to improve Team Effectiveness within the Practice and with partners across People & Culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 10 years relevant consulting or business experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity. Strong people leadership skills, expertise in Organization Development, excellent track record of partnering and collaboration, and experience developing and coaching consultants are required.

* Formal (or informal) leadership experience, including experience in leading capability building efforts.
* Demonstrated courage and ability to face into ambiguous situations, pushing back and challenging the status quo.
* Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies applied in an enterprise-wide context.
