The Therapy Development Manager (TDM) role focuses on managing commercial and therapy development activities in Switzerland. The position involves creating and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase therapy adoption in key centres and referral sites, and establish the company as a market leader. Collaboration with internal departments (marketing, clinical affairs, education, etc.) is critical to success.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand therapy adoption and market presence.
* Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring strong collaboration.
* Deliver clinical training and education to optimise therapy use and outcomes.
* Identify new opportunities, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets.
* Support awareness through therapy-focused education and technical expertise.
* Provide on-site clinical and technical support for therapy implementations.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, engineering, or related field, with experience in Lifesciences/MedTech.
* Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills, with cath lab or OR experience.
* Expertise in cardiology, vascular surgery, or interventional radiology, with therapy development exposure.
* Familiarity with Swiss (and German) healthcare regulations.
* Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
* Strong commercial mindset, planning, and project management skills.
* Team-oriented, innovative, and customer-focused, with a self-starter mentality.
* Willingness to travel (~70% within Switzerland) and work in a home-office-based role.
